Banned from the inter'web!

For the past few working days, we have been having email issues; specifically a disporportional amount of emails were bouncing back.

Turns out our work email addy has been blacklisted as spam!!!

In a way I find this amusing but in the long run it is a MAJOR pain in the butt; we rely quite heavily on emails due to the nature of our business as a means of communication with both the west and the east of the world and the world has banned us from email.

Anyhow, we just had a thrilling time all running anti-malware stuff today on every machine; our resident IT guy seems to know the kind of malware he is searching for, it's a case of pinning down the suspect machine and then working out how it got there.

That sucks, we've had similar problems before with our mailserver IP being blacklisted..solution is to switch it over to another, clean, IP.

Very annoying though when you can't work out why no-ones getting your email.
