Paypal Top up Card

Right,

I have a client buying a system in the coming week, and i am ordering from scan yada yada. Now basically, scan don't accept paypal and the mastercard / paypal thing is US only.

So I had a browse around the internet and found the paypal top up card, and found i could get one for £4.95 and use it as a debit card using my paypal balance.

Question is, has anybody used on, if so, does it work with scan and other such things?

Also; if i receive a payment via gift for personal services for example, will i / the other person pay fees?

Nope but there might be a limit I'm not sure, but they'll have no protection whatsoever (Which probably is good for you )
