that is a great piece of footage.
never seen it before and didn't realise it was CGI at all.
I was impressed until the landing when I noticed the texturing and lighting weren't right.

It's the one at ~2mins that gets me (I've seen it elsewhere) as that's a 747 commercial flight...and its most obvious what's going on from the camera angle

The F15 1 wing landings - sure I seen another when it landed on the aircraft carrier... still impressive none the less.

Good video, but i think they botched the CGI by making the landing so short. I mean it bumps to a stop in around 3 seconds, not going happen
In regards to cross wind landing, the C5 Galaxy's main wheels can actually turn so that the plane can land sideways without needing to "kick out" of the side-slip. The F15 generates something like 60% of it's total lift just by the way the fuselage is designed. Likewise, the undercarriage doors on a Tornado generates lift when open as the aircarft lands and takes-off.
