Now whilst you clearly don't understand why Phorm will never be a major problem.

This damn well is because there won't be any opertunity to opt out. Where as plenty of people would offer a phorm free service, you can't escape regulation like that!

Don't ever compare this to phorm. Phorm isn't worth getting worked up about, this is. Its like comparing rape with daisy picking ffs, it detracts from the important issue by ascosiating with something thats just of no importance.
