    Outlook smilie face...

    Why does it translate into a 'J' for text-based mail services?

    Is it a multi-byte character, the second byte of which is equivalent to 'J'?

    Have I just answered my own question by myself?
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();
