further bitch is needed i feel

    General Hardware

fair enough i guess, cpu/mobo/ram/soundcard/nic problems can go here, but not graphics cards, they ahve their own section...

    Overclocking

this is split into AMD/Intel... what does that leave then, cyrix and graphics cards.. but no...

there is a Graphics card forum, which is further split into ATI/Nvidia.. what does that leave to go in the main section? XGI and s3 perhaps, not many posts then...

    next problem -

Cooling.. this is split up into AIR, WATER and PHASE.. what other cooling methods are there then which will fill the main section of this section??

all in all it seems that there are far too many subforums, and the forum was fine before, but like i said, i'm not the boss, and its up to you guys to make the decision and me to like it or lump it

    anyhow rant over.

    mark

They are gone. Back to lumping everything together in one space. Great. O_o

Can we have an overclocking and cooling forum at least? I think they're some rather often-spoken about subjects here

My thoughts exactly! I think the forums are fine how they are. None are too crowded, and most have regular posts.

Targetted content on a big board maybe but surely as theres not masses of traffic splitting them up just creates more forums for people to check and could infact reduce the traffic....?

but how can you try and bring people here if the facilities arnt in place already

the hardware and overclocking forum is a mess if you was to have more traffic a post made in the morning would be on page two by evening if only a couple of people could help with the issue during the day and the evening users possibly might never see it

    just my thoughts

Thanks for putting it back guys along with the other's if it aint broke dont fix it. However i do think that maybe a separate overclocking/cooling would be beneficial, as long as it was not a subforum, and had its own
