Hello Hexus! This might sound funny, but I've only just started using ebay for one off items.

I bought a pair of trainers, but returned them (wrong size) delivery was free, but I paid for delivery back. I got the refund yesterday, and I assumed that was the end of that.

I got this message today?

Is it the fees that they paid to put the item up for sale? Is that what I need to pay...

yeah basically mutual cancellation means they get the fees they paid back from paypal/ ebay
