I cant remember the exact reason I joined, but I think I found hexus looking for a review of something or other.
Yup, it was the free postage that dragged me in.
But really, I have nothing better to do with my time, so that's why I've been here since.
Russ actually stayed because he realised, at an early age, that the majority of HEXUS forum members were actually not very good looking.. and he raised out "good looks" score by about a million points
So, with him and me... we keep the looks up
Any way we can all see our first posts? Forum search limits it to past 250 but it'd be interesting to see what I first wrote on here
Oldest one I can find is over a year after I joined saying my 7900GT wasn't dying like most people were, swiftly followed by another <24hrs later when it had died!

Their isnt a poll option that best represents me, and i dont have a debit/credit card so free postage is a no go for me as well. The reason i joined is that my old stomping ground Matchbox 360 (any members of there on here ?) was 'transitioning' and basically leaving behind the limited, yet bad ass community there. I'd seen the Hexus X on a few of Scans products and just thoguht i spend enough time checking the main page and reading Nubs comments - i may as well join and correct them and here i am now.

My old mans worse though and when i set up his blu ray player i had to say i got £40 ones otherwise he wouldn't have said yes.
I think i joined for some tech help and i then stayed to get free deliveries and i just found it a really good community.
I'm now getting close to 1000 posts.
