    FAO sainsburys people

    Got my latest pay slip and for some reeason i've been shortmined for 7 hours, or £40 odd which I could really do with now!! However, I not gotta get it sorted. I've had no time off this year so why it's been done I don't know.

    Generally speaking how long does this take, will I get it in the next pay check or not?

    I don't work at Sainsburys, but in general, you're best off having a quick chat to either your manager/personel manager/human resources person. They should put things straight soon enough.

    Wouldn't it be best to call into your workplace and ask your supervisor or manager?

    Or at least call them... I think Deckard works for Sainsbury's... (apologies if I am incorrect)....

    you need to speak to whoever's in charge of personnel for yoru store, and keep at it.

    I was shortchanged by several hundred by the Dixons Stores Group, and it's only when I told them I was going to file court papers the next day that they finally did anything, six months after I first brought it to their attention.

    Could just be a random cock-up, happened often enough at the sainsburys i worked at, what you need to do is go and talk to the people in personnel, if they don't do anything take it up with your union rep (if your in the union) or department manager and they'll have a word.

    If you are short you can always ask for it out of petty cash, if they have such a thing there. If not a cheque to put in your bank. That's what they do at where I work if they b0rk the payroll up.

    You'll just have to raise the issue with personnel i'm sure it wouldn't be a problem - but it's likely it would take quite a while to sort
    Sainsburys being the untrusting gits they are.

    Well I don't work for Sainsbury's, but last month they didn't pay me for a weeks training I did.

    They offered a cheque, but I said it would be fine if they just amended it next payroll.

    My company likes its employees!
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();
