Yeah it was Redlight, although I agree that I didn't really have that in mind with regard to thread along those lines. I'll see if I can find somewhere suitable for Redlight in the awards though.
you mean the guy who had a red flashing light as his avatar, yeah - people started using it in remembrance didn't they? i see that worked well

Best thread ... OJ Best thread: http://forums.hexus.net/hexus-net/17...ng-gamers.html (turns into an argument between actual representatives of the two major gaming graphics companies, summaried here (page 1/2))
Worst thread - Saw another example of this in the person who created an account with a racey name then proceeded to publicise the "benefits" of powered cigarette fumers, then defend the carcinogenic chemicals used and accuse the world health organisation of having a conspiracy against them... then stopped posting at grand total of 7 posts once PR/astroturfing mission was done.

Since I've only been on here since January 2009 I feel like I'm too much of a newcomer to make informed votes, I'm afraid. Love the idea of community awards though, and I'll definitely vote next year
see what I did there?
You realise this is only for 2009 right?
