I've been with Lloyds for several years and I have never had any trouble at all. They tend to be pretty good with customer service and value loyalty.
Good as gold, they looked after everything I expected and more
Not bad, but a few things were not quite right/slowly sorted etc
Average. They're a Bank, what do you expect?
Not great, had some issues, and didn't sort properly
Royally screwed me, I hate them and want to kill them, dead in the face

You see I was fine with them until I also opened a business acount with them.
The business account manager was absolutely completely and utterly useless. All of a sudden nothing could be changed on my account without him, even some insurance products I had renewels had to go via him. He could never be reached. After 2 weeks without been able to renew my PHI (ie I'm COMPLETELY un-insured) I told them where to stick it.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but basically, my bank didn't actually have to do anything for me, it was just there and was well behaved enough. HSBC is the only bank I've been with so I can't compare, but their online backing does everything I want to do easily, so I just use that.
Same here.
My bank current account is online only, and its just a place for me to get paid into and deal with direct debits. In this it has been perfect for me (treated me fine)
Last time i ever used a traditional highstreet bank was many years ago -think it was Midland (now hsbc) and it was alright, and never as busy though as what i see now when i walk past a current high street bank. Always shocked at how many people are always queueing up in them during lunch time, ouch.
Natwest have treated us well over the years
