can we close this thread, elmo, if you really really are that desperate, google.co.uk have a great range of bra's. i also like the 1's available on ask.com and mamma.com have a nice range. really is pointless thread at best.
Thats a bit harsh Russ, just because the thread doesnt really interest you why close it? Another reason maybe the girls should be allowed the own forum
[edit] And i'm sure Google will help a lot of peoples questions without posting on Hexus also, but people like to get involved, hence the whole point of the Hexus forums.

Russ, just because the thread isnt about computers or whatever else you want to read on hexus, is no reason to request for it to be closed. Both lynni and i asked for a "girly" forum of our own, for this very reason, but were told that if we wanted to have "girly" threads, just to put them in GD, which i have done. It was a serious thread and many of the people have been helpful and contributed in the mature way i asked. I started the thread in the hope that someone may uncover somewhere that i hadnt found yet that sold bigger sized bras. I also was wondering if anyone knew where jordan got her own bras, since she's a famous model and blokes may have this sort of information on her.
If the thread wasnt to your taste, no one asked you to reply or comment.
Thats what i'm saying Russ, everyone uses google, so there isnt really any point of posting on Hexus, is there. The whole point of forums is the fact that people like to get involved in onther peoples viewpoints etc. You use google yeah, so why bother asking a question on Hexus when you have the answer right in front of you from google. You do it to be involved, sociable if you like.
Okay, well here's something that isn't exactly Google - though I'm not sure what the possibilities are.
There's a store here in the US called Victoria's Secret - they have 34FF, whatever that is, and they go way up past that apparently. Plenty sexy too. What's more, with the recent exchange rates, their pricing might not be too bad.
Of course that would be mail order again I imagine.

Here's the response from a friend of mine in the North, who is also 'of size':
"I know that there's a shop in Leeds called something like "Bravissimo" or something like that, there are quite often independant lingerie retailers in most large towns/cities around the country, that often stock them. or try going into La Senza, they won't stock them, but should be able to put her in touch with retailers in her general area. Most large chains don't do things in that size, but may know places that do. Worst case scenario, she may have to have them custom made, which is initially expensive but gets progressively cheaper..."

tbh I dont think any of the blokes give a toss where she gets her bra's from as there more interested in whats in them....
If you're in Glasgow then the obvious places to try are Frasers (excellent lingerie section) and John Lewis. I'm sure they'll cater for your size.

I've been in both and neither have a large range of bigger sizes and debenhams is just the same. HOWEVER, they did USED to have quite a few ranges in the bigger sizes, but they seem to have gone back downhill again.
Oh right, I somehow had this idea that underwiring is an undesirable trait in a bra<shrugs>. Anyway, I'm not much of a bra connoseur, but these ones looked plenty nice to me, I got her one each in red and black. She has some nice ones from M&S too, come to think of it. It's odd that there aren't more shops catering for this market, really. From what I hear, the average cup size in this country has been steadily increasing for the last 50 years, and is continuing to do so.....
