ebay problems.

I have bought a wallet form a reputable ebay seller, last tuesday. according to the RM tracking it was delviered last friday, but i do not have it. some one with a comletely different name to my housemates or my self has signed for it, but on the tracking it doesnt say where it was delivered. i have contacted the seller and he thinkg i am lying, which is fair enough, but he is outrigth refusing to co operate, and wont contact RM, onyl going by the tracking. i have opened a paypal dispute, and the seller says he has proof of postage, but i am doubtfull he posted it to a correct place.

what can i do.

You've opened a paypal dispute, so it's now up to him to produce evidence that he has posted it to the correct address.
In my experience ebay/paypal seems to side with the buyer in a lot of these cases.
