I watched the pilot last night, half enjoyed it, and the missus liked it (which mean I actually get to watch it).

Definitely aimed at a younger audience, but more grown up than HSM, with some funnies scattered.

24 is dross, it's basically jack bauer running around screaming at everyone to get down on the floor, how they managed to get 7 seasons of 24 shows out of that I have no idea!
