    Modern apprenticeships

Im going to be leaving college this year and im considering doing a Modern apprenticeship/traiing program preferably with a large company.

Most of the websites seem to be advertising the fact that you can do a modern appreticeship rather than how to go about applying. They are very light on the information they provide

Im not particularly fussy about what i do but i would like to work for a large company, training with them with prospects etc. For example i know someone who is working for british gas, getting payed to train (with increasing wages annually).

Is anyone here doing/thinking of doing anything simmilar or know someone who is?

I dont really want to go to university and tbh i dont think i will have the grades to do so anyway.

Go to your local connexions, if you can find one. They'll sort you out with Modern Apprenticeship open days/interviews/applications, and help you find something you won't get board with after five minutes :>
