Re: It's Been 6 Months Since Diagnosis

Thats good news indeed about your faithful K9 Shelley

Its always great to hear some good news about peoples pets, espeically when they have been ill and your not sure what the outcome is going to be on the other side.

Your cats look like they are a right handful, but I suspect it's your woofer that keeps them in check or have I got it the wrong way round and the cats keep the dog in check ?

I hope you find a cat, cats that you like scaryjim, I know what you mean about the house feeling empty without a feline creature around to make a fuss of, or be fussed by when they want some attention. Usually it's one of two things, food, or a warm lap to sit on

Can't believe you got Jasper from Freecycle didn't think that would be allowed even; best freebie ever! Lucky day for you both.

Hope it goes ok tomorrow scaryjim, and one (or more) of the cats decide to take you on. ('Hmm, he looks in quite good condition, can't see any fleas, let's give him a go.")
Not ready for another cat yet myself, but as the last two were strays maybe one will turn up at the right time.

Thanks guys, I'll let you all know how it turns out (might start a new thread though, so Shelley can have this one back for the good news about her pooch )

Pleased to hear it's going well for Max

He is a handsome boy - same age as our mutt who is a GSD x Retriever.

Missed this one, your dog looks a lot like one of mine, Odin.
Loki is epileptic, 2x tabs twice a day, I can see the difference in him though, he always seems to have a slightly wasted lasy look in his face...

Re: It's Been 6 Months Since Diagnosis

Hey Shelley, here's the pics as promised

Misty on the left, Foggy on the right.. was a mission to get these hyperactive two to sit still ^^

This is Chiko, the eldest and most tame of my Water Dragons.
He's 8 years old now and I've had him since he was a baby, about the length of a biro.
He's shedding at the moment so isn't his usual bright green self.

Awww thank you! Foggy and Misty are adorable!!!!! They look full of fun and mischeif, bet they get away with murder though as for Chiko... He's awesome! beautiful colours, he has a wicked glint in his eye though

The way he's holding his left foot up, it's as if he's saying. "No pictures! gimme that camera!"

It's my dream to own a lizard of some description, I just love them, and they are fantastic to watch
