Some news sources like the Guardian are horrifically biased and strongly partisan. But I think most people here read a variety of sources and are capable of making an informed judgement.

Again, two people receiving separate wounds in the same place is highly improbable, even at a doorway on the deck of a ship.

If the IDF did, as you assert, shoot up the deck with the intent of killing people, then why weren't there any bodies, blood, or bullet holes on the deck as the IDF troopers abseiled onto it?

More for that matter, if the IDF was shooting up the deck before boarding, then why were there people on the deck with weapons in hand when the IDF hit the deck?

Based on your replies, you are going to give credence to anything the IDF or Israeli goverment say, I mean heaven forbid that videos be edited, or even more of a shock, that some human beings may actually be telling the truth for other reasons than that they "hate the jews".

Not at all - if the point happened to be a point of entry to a certain area or where the passengers were crowded then there's nothing odd about that at all.

If the Israelis were firing on a concentrated mass of people there would have been a giant pool of blood. Not a volume one would find from someone splitting their head open or getting stabbed.

Not to mention that the trooper who got stabbed was not stepping over bodies.

Bringing automatic weapons on board a crowded ship instead of riot gear and tear gas would attest to that - you'll most likely kill any aggressors, with a certain amount of 'collateral damage' (something Lebanon knows a bit about).

The Video is very bisaed. It only shows certain things such as the solders being attacked. And it is only looking at a certain part of the ship. Does it show them shooting the civilians? It is because of this that I think it is biased and look at it with a grain of salt. Which is why I want an international enquiry. So we can find out EXACTLY what happened.

Holy crap, you guys really are hung up on this 'edited' business, all video is always edited before it's pushed anywhere. You're talking as if the frames of the video was manipulated to show something that didn't happen.

Also, FYI, I never claimed the video was unedited. The fact that it has been edited is irrelevant. The editor of the video clearly wanted to focus on certain things people were ignoring.

That doesn't alter the contents of the video in any way.

Namely, passengers swarming and assaulting IDF troops with weapons.

But you ignore that anyway.

I'm not big fan of Israel or Hamas as I have already pointed out, but if some of the most heavily armed and best trained special forces in the world open fire from multiple helicopters into an enclosed area full of civilians with no route of escape nor effective cover or defensive weapons. Everyone on the deck would be dead/fatally wounded within seconds. I think that should be pretty obvious.

Not saying no shots were fired from the helos, but can we stop talking about it like "the IDF was strafing the whole deck" vs "the IDF was handing out flowers".
