The Post Office..full of Characters Huh?

Just been down to the local Post Office, Saturday Morning 1st day of month, and it full of characters.

    1. Spotty oiky teenager, barely looked older enough to interest MJ, bundle of papers for his Vehicle Tax. Gets to the counter and hasn't got his Driveing licence Trys to argue a bit, then slinks off

    2. Dotty old lady, 2 air mail letters that she almost writes out at the counter taking too much time. When it comes to pay the 90p she get's her purse out, then dumps all the coins into the tray for the postie to get the right money. Oh of course he can;t have the 5p's because her grand kids like them. Then she explains her fingers aren;t very good so takes 3 or 4 minutes to collect the coins again.

    3. The general motorist getting his Vehicle tax on the 1st day of the month, every second person there was getting it. Why not get it in advance instead of causing huge queues, muppets.

    1. - Since when do you need a driving licence to get your road tax ?? MOT and Insurance is all thats needed (with the bit of paper from DVLA)

    3. - Cause a lot of ppl dont get paid till end of the month which (this month) happened on a Friday so the first chance they get to reach a PO is the weekend as they are at work the rest of the week.

'tis true though, go into some random place and you always see every type of person sometimes in one place. The old lady, the annoying kid, the workers etc.

Never knew they all congregated in a post office though lol

Maybe the Postie guy was having a laugh, it's an easy way to get rid of work if you're busy....
