has anybody noticed this? i was having a random read of my reciept and i came across this...
"We are happy to offer an exchange or a gift card for any unwanted items returned within 28 days of purchase. items must be returned in their original packaging, in a saleable condition and with a receipt.
refunds will only beoffered in accordance with your statutory rights (which remain unaffected)"
now correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure that the sale of goods act over rides this statment? it really bugged me and just made me want to take my joggers back just to kick up the fuss if they wouldnt give a refund, surely this isnt right? or are they being real cheeky and doing this hoping that people dont know there rights??
