show me.
You claimed: the fact that the bible is not true (shocker! its been edited, and so much redacted you have to be a goose stepping creationist to think otherwise) which is garbage. Note (because you seem to need spoon feeding): I am focusing on the 'editing and redacted' bit.
actually, the opposite seems to be happening. lol. The DNA evidence is validating, more and more, the idea of a central "origin of species"There might be truth in the great flood, but we know damn well that noah's arc is very unlikely to have ever happened due to DNA evidence.
the one is from Christianity (ie religion A) and the other from a different belief system (Religion B). Read more.If we approach from a materialism rather than solecism viewpoint its apparent how many key differences there are between say the King James and the Mormon.
which parts? "the more they dig, the more they find, the more they whine, oh how sublime" - rofl. As I've said before, even the British Museum has resorted to scripture on its walls in support of various artefacts, as the most authoritative source. It has NEVER been proved, if it had, the scientific type community would be debating it in a different fashion, but you can't have such circular arguments with at the very least an element of inductive proof?
Which part of Palm Sunday do you have a problem with, pray tell, esp as a literal telling of events??Now as I was saying, this is interesting because the whole thing like Palm Sunday are taken LITERALLY, this is where the danger is, as soon as people cross over from using their own thoughts to evolve a moral framework into offloading that onto someone else, you have a scary abolition of responsibility, before long you can have a crusade, suicide bombings......
One can never stop saying Thank You
I actually quite enjoy the tabloid sensationalism. There I said it.
I can't fricken stand self righteous printing like the Guardian, which is just as horrifically partizan as the current bun, but doesn't admit it.
fuddam, it hasn't, it never has, it never will. If i say the world was made in 6 days, or that noah's arc ever happened at a stage when humans were evolved enough to build an arch that would survive a flood better than distributed population over different lands. The burden of proof is on me.
Whilst its easy to discredit some of them, you can not prove they are false.

Please explain, because I don't really see how that follows. Granted, there might be a single-celled creature from 4 billion years ago that literally everything evolved from. Similarly, you can trace back your mitochondrial DNA to one of a handful of "earth mothers" (or, dare I say it, "Eves"), but I don't really see how DNA evidence relates to proving a global flood.
Evolution takes a long time. And besides, where did all the water go?...

You what now???
Since when has the idea of a common shared ancestor been a fundamentalist Christian idea? You are just making this stuff up now aren't you? Shared ancestry has always been a central idea of evolution think it was Darwin who came up with the tree of life as a way to illustrate this.
Notice the shared common ancestor at the bottom there. Honestly Fuddam you never had much credibility with me but claiming this idea as a cherished Christian one is a bit much. Can you also tell me exactly where in the bible it says unambiguously that all species are related and share a common ancestor. It doesn't does it, because the bible wasn't written by some devine entity it was written and then rejiggered ad infinitum by people who didn't know about... well anything really.

I have a number of Norse Pagan friends who, some years ago, were discussing whether they should get "What Would Thor Do?" bands made in mockery of the WWJD bands. I pointed out that it was kind of pointless doing that, because there is only one answer to the question....
He'd hit it with his hammer!
