need to put this in the form.
During the week previous to the Quantitative Techniques exam I was suffering from a slight pain along my jaw line, by the weekend it had turned into an abscess, I was taken to Charing Cross hospital. I was given 2 types of pain killers and antibiotics, however this affected my revision and my exam performance, it prevented me from sleeping, made it more difficult for me to study and I incurred foggy brain syndrome.
I already suffer for OCD and depression which itself is debilitating, and didn’t help. During the exam I was unable to think, I even walked out with some of the answers to the questions without knowing. I only realised I had the exam paper while I was on the bus home, however it was too late to hand them in.
The pain killers that i was taking specially tramadol which I switched too are known to cause memory loss and foggy brain syndrome.
Over the past year I’ve been having problems with the finance department over payment issues over a pervious course, and on the very day I had to sit the Quantitative Techniques exam I received a letter, telling me that my course had been suspended and I was unable to use any facilities or sit any examinations, until the matter was resolved.
This also cause pressure and complete frustration as the finance department either didn’t cash in the cheque or lost the cheque, and would not take responsibility, suggesting that i never handed in the cheque.
I did tell them many times to speak to various tutors and administrators in the department, i even sent them emails from Joe Kwok saying than the there was no balance to pay.
It took time, long than I suspected as the cheque was written by someone else and that person didn’t live in the UK, I had to wait till I received a copy of the statement and this time Barclays sent the wrong statement, so that statement had to be sent back and a new letter had to be sent to Barclays requesting the statements for the period in question, which aim still waitng for.
Not only this, the suspension of my account meant that I couldn’t borrow or use any facilities reducing my productivity in my statistics project work and my ASE exam as I felt I was severely restricted.
