I just CANT find what I want.....

a few days ago....I asked for some "Morphing" effects...got some at Download.com....but they don't do what I want.

I'm gonna have to ask you graphic dudes again sorry.

I am gonna use Windows Movie Maker for a film....and I need the following.

Two numbers to merge together or unfurl into ieach other.

Needs to be nice, smart, sharp...in short professional.

I also need flames.....and I need it high ish res...

    so 800x600 kinda thing

I MIGHT be able to use 2 screen shots.....one with one number on....the other with the other on it....but I need flames in the back ground.....or even better all around.....

and worst of all...I cant tell you WHAT it is for fear of ruining the finished effects...

I KNOW I'm a pain in the arse...but I have googled for HOURS for a full size movie or set of piccies of just FLAMES......no luck...all cack. Was gonna use them in the back ground....and then use Movie Maker to scroll the numbers across....no good.

I have looked for a font WITH flames....yeah right

    Stuck...help

"Ghostrider-The Final Ride" has a flaming screen in the titles IIRC. Don't pinch that though obviously, copyright you know.

See if there's a trial version of Pinnacle Studio available, that has some good fades and wipes, might be what you need? (I'm finding the numbers a bit hard to visualise, TBH).

No offence, but movie maker isn't exactly brilliant for making top-notch movies I'd wholeheartedly recommend learning some new software such as Premiere... It's fantastic when you get to know him!

An easy way to do the Flames : Adobe After Effects or Discreets Combustion.
I would offer a bash but I haven't got a clue how they work or actually own them. Sorry

As for the Numbers it' either do them in 2D i.e using some for of .giff animator that can do morphs or even doing them frame by frame.
Or there's the 3D option - I could have a go but it's difficult to get things to look how people imagine them without taking a very long time.

What type of morph are you looking for? Liquid, Mechanical, Explosion?
Oh and what are the numbers, font and size? (I have a stupidly large collection of fonts if you need them )
If you storyboard it I can have a go, just a few rough sketches will do showing the original state, the morph and the end. .

I might be able to do the Flames too, but that might prove a little difficult to get looking realistic...
