    I'm happy, after an email rant - telephone call today to let me know I will be receiving an iPhone 4 tomorrow via Courier. Thanks for all your advice - Job's a good 'un.

    Same size as my old one - 16Gb, offered to pay extra to get the 32Gb but wasn't allowed (fair enough).
