    im awake at half 2 yet again ,opposite to thread title how the fek do i goto to sleep ,i have no trouble staying awake thats the problem

    back on track to stay awake you could always twist your ankle the ensuing pain should keep you awake - tis a tried and tested method

    I don't know whether it was the fresh air or the nicotine but going for a smoke every once in a while kept me going when i was doing 18-19 hour days (a couple of 24s too) earlier in the year. I also drank rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishloads of redbull and lucozade

    Keeping your long term carbohydrates up helps... packet of pringles and some sweeties. And drink lots of juice... apple is good. Keeps you hydrated and vitamins help you stay awake (I had a deficiaency of one once and it made me real sleepy all the time)

    I haven't been able to drink caffiene for 7 years because of a heart condition. Sheer will power is the only thing... People at uni can't believe I do all nighters without 6 cups of coffee!!!
