    Watch strap question

So, good people of Hexus. It has to be time for me to pick your brains as mine appear to be absent at the present time.

Have a watch with a "self adjustable" metal strap. But have no clue how to adjust it.

I'd assume saying "self adjustable" would mean i can adjust it easy enough........

Just need to be pointed in the right direction

    Problem strap in question.

    Re: Watch strap question

I used to have a watch withe a strap like this... if I remember right lay it on its back (as in the second photo) and then lift up the section on the bar (left side with the rectangular hole). You shouls then be able to slide the "clasp" along the strap to suit
If Wisdom is the coordination of "knowledge and experience" and its deliberate use to improve well being then how come "Ignorance is bliss"

    Re: Watch strap question

    It's exactly as SeriousSam said.

On pic 2, there's a round pin on the far left. Next in, going right, is the triangular-shaped lock. It's simply a little clamp, and you need to lift it from the left edge (either by getting something thin, like a small screwdriver, under the left edge or via the rectangular cut-out) and lift gently, being careful not to scratch the strap.

You then just slide the latch section to where you need it, and push the bit you lifted back down firmly.

    Drat ..... too late.
