Always amazes me how people manage to do that. It's like they just discover the end of a cable and wonder what happens if they plug it in. Then they leave it plugged in despite the lack of network.

Well not exactly. I deal with his enquiry, when computers and networks are up. When the phones are back up and running. I phone the person back.
