Scan FTW!

Working in IT retail I know that most of the time public feedback of a company tends to be more negative than positive as people are more likly to post when something goes wrong, so I thought I would take time to post and say how happy I am with the service ive had from Scan.
Not ordered that much from them but the goods I have had have come on time, no delays and well packed.
The few times ive had to contact there customer services dept ive had swift and friendly replys and issues have been resolved quickly.
All in all im left a extremly happy customer and do reguarly recomend them to mates ect.

Just a shame there NFF team are a bunch of n00b's

I'd like to add to that and say that since SCAN introduced the free shipping I've spent far too much there, but everytime I've been impressed with the service.

And the Trendnet wireless modem/router/AP for £28 was a steal. Well chuffed with it - playing Mario Kart DS online from anywhere in my house....tops.
