The submarine is a scientific vessel that contains many inventions and patents and passed more than 40 tests. There will be no problems if it operates according to regulations.

This just doesn't instill me with a sense of confidence.... at that depth, I'd hope for a lot more than 40 tests and a wish and a prayer that we've followed regulations....
