It is more relaxed and less intimidating then the two of you, a bottle of wine and being back at your place. Save that for the future.

Time is a factor in all this though, you cant play hard to get this early on and you need to strike whilst the iron is hot. Too much time will let her dwell on it, think of the what ifs and talk herself out of it.

Well it would appear she's keen, I didn't get the opportunity to ask her today as it we were quite busy. There were several times between calls she came over to have a quick chat with me, but just as I was getting to my stride I'd get a call and have to answer it.

However she does have my box set of Smokey and The Bandit movies, so I have reason to talk to her

Bottle of wine & round at hers/yours on a first 'date' might set you back. Alcohol + men + home = women thinking your after one thing.

Id play it a bit slower & try and meet up somewhere less intensive to start off with.

if she has the hots for him then she will not be averted by the "one thing"..thing tbh wimmins have one night stands and all sorts remember, this is bloody classy compared to that.

One night stands are far too dangerous within work though, especially when they are good friends with your programe manager and work in HR payroll for your department.
