Mother's day

Haven't seen any mention of this on here so I just thought I would mark the day with a post in general appreciation of mothers.

Mothers are awesome, mine certainly is But to be honest I'll show my appreciation any day I feel it's necessary, not just 1 day a year when businesses can use it as an excuse to make money from it

Well as mine isn't here anymore it's not about commercialism (nor ever was it), and yes I can think about her any day - this is merely a further acknowledgment.

Fair point, I didn't mean to come across so synical, I have a very poor way with words at times! I wish I was a bit nearer to my parents, it would be nice to see them more often than I do.
