Ok am really peed off at the mo, just have to let it all out so I'm telling you lot, see if you think I should be this worked up ...

Ok it all started a few weeks ago, me and a housemate got quite friendly, it started with just kissing but soon escalated to sleeping with each other, we both agreed we'd wait to have sex as we had plenty of time and she told me her feelings wouldn't change. We were'nt going out as such as she said she didn't want a relationship at the mo (she's just got out of a big one) just having some fun, but she often told me how much she really liked me etc. Anyway friday night we went out, I lost her for a bit (we were in a club) and it turned out she went home with another bloke and slept with him! Now she's just forgot about everything we had, starting seeing this bloke ( i thought she didn't want a relationship!) and now she's just brought this bloke home with her, and i can here them bloomin shaggin from my room,

dyu reckon I should be worked up as I am ????

what should i do ???

I think you are right to be as worked up as you are. But tbh you shouldn't be messing around like that. If someone likes you properly they will want a relationship with you.

um perhaps the phrase 'don't cr*p on your own doorstep' might hold some meaning now?...forget about it for now, tell her about it in the morning, or maybe write a letter (is that too old fashioned, I guess at least she can't answer back in the middle of a letter...?) she's probably quite messed up in the head at the mo' as mentioned, so don't you go getting the same. chances are this is a one-week thing to get over her past loss...
in the mean time think of your own well being; wack on some bangin' tunes, kick back and chill out...sleep deeply mate, all will be well in the morning when the sun shines again

You can't just accept it, you have to confront it, and her. Have a heart-to heart, have a screaming shouting match, make her cry, cry yourself, whatever. Just make sure you end up feeling something.
