Who is your favourite Mod or Admin?

DR and I have been talking, and without sounding like a bunch of nutters, we want to makesure we do the job right.

It's hard to pubicly state who you really like without sounding a tad brown nosey either....

I mean... clearly I'm the most special... but that's why the nice men with the white van show up every week with the special coats with tie-up-at-the-back sleeves...

but ignoring me and DR, which most of you do anyway....

Wouldn't it equally be a bit discomfiting for the mods to know you know the least favourite? (Of those voted for, anyway).

I carn't say who my favourite is, because you all are but I could tell you who i hold the most respect for.

I want my admins and mods to do the best job for the forums, not trying to win popularity contests..

Typically their work goes unseen, especially if they're good at it, so you really can't name names of the best/most effective mods.

Like my line of work they are "support" figures...which means if you don't even know they exist, they're doing it right. And apart from the very odd lock/different coloured names, I wouldn't really know they existed.

That is unless you've been a bit of a doughnut and raised their ire, in which case - quit poking the bears.

To be honest, all of them seem to do a good job, after all Admin/Mods should not be "in your face" all the time, just there when needed.

I get on with everyone but can come down hard on peeps when something needs sorting, kind of a no nonsense attitude towards it.

Like to think I am approachable though as I feel I have a firm but fair stance.

I personally feel we have an awesome team.
