Never been that drunk! I seen something similar in another vid, but that guy hardly made any progress, at least this guy was making his way somewhat.

But the sympathetic side of me finds it a little sad, that the CCTV most likely just followed his tracks, rather than sending out someone to take him to a rest spot. What if he cracked his head open & died. His family would have all sorts to say to the folk making the amusing video

Glad it wasn't just me thinking that! Makes you wonder if you're being mugged in view of a CCTV camera controlled by a manned station whether they'd bother sending help or just sit there with their popcorn then sell the video to the Sun?

As someone who drink about 2-8 units per year depending on the number of very special occasions, I'll have to answer no to the question. I think the video is made to be funny, and on a light hearted day, I would say that it's one of those "it's funny as long as no one gets hurt" kind of thing.

When in a more serious mood though, I would have to agree with HSK and jimbouk, and add that it this illustrate what's wrong with the drinking culture over here.
