Computer Desk with storage

Hi all,

I am looking for a computer desk for my room with plenty of storage.

Ive looked at the usual places and cant find what I want, can anyone recommend any other companies/ websites which arent considered the "norm"?

What kinda of budget are you looking at?

Is it just storage under the desk? Because if so some pedistals might well be the best bet. I've a mixture of a classic pedastil with filing, and some large draws which fit everything from A3+ paper to laptops with ease. Would recommend

Hmm budget is...as long as it isnt mentally priced ill buy it and preferrably storage above for games and stuff like that :/

Very close TAK although when I went upstairs yesterday I realised I had made one, potentially major flaw...I didnt think of space for my T.V so its either going to be a case of use the T.V as my PC monitor or try to work some sort of storage magic :/

Change of ideas..

Im thinking now just a normal computer desk but it has to be sturdy and be about 130 - 140cm in width and then maybe build my own shelving unit or buy one later.

I did but that while I was still considering my old criteria ill look now and see if I can find what I want :/

Just do what I plan to, design it yourself and get a carpenter/ironmonger/glazier to make it for you. Only way to get exactly what you want. I want to hide my 7 bay NAS and router in the desk with a protected area (from my son!) for my main PC case.

I would do this if only I had the money, the more I look the more it seems I cant find exactly what I want :/

I had the same/ similar when I lived at my parents house but for my needs the already supplied shelves would get in the way as I need to have my TV above the computer desk as its literally the only place in the room it can go.

Gave away one of these on Freecycle . They're okay but be wary of the weight limit on the top shelf as it might not be sufficient for your needs, ie. Really need to ensure the bulk of the weight sits above the vertical beams neat the back. Fine if there's nothing too heavy though.
