    Ahh, YTS I remember that. It came after th at other failure the YOP scheme ;-)

    We already have a program like that in place,they're called "migrant workers".It's been in place for decades and up until recently it's worked very well.

    It was a fact that businesses would not hire after the free term ended, it was seen as slave labour, just like the new plan put forward by yet again another conservative.
    If they want to send people to work then let it be at councils etc not at private companies.
