    AAAARRRRGGHH! My Epson Printer!!!

Okay, so about an hour and a half ago, I decide, right I'll print a nice picture off on my printer...

printer > nope sorry, i don't want to print colour
me > but you've got a new cartridge full of ink
    printer > so?
me > okay, i'll clean you
printer > ooh look i've printed blue and red
me > yeah but i need yellow too!
    printer > so?
me > aaargh!! clean, print nozzle check, clean, print nozzle check, clean, print nozzle check, ha take that!

    --- an hour later ---

    printer > your point being?
me > I WANT ALL THE COLOURS TO WORK PROPERLY!!
    printer > no can do...
    me > WHY!!?!?! WHY NOT?!?!
printer > you're low on black now, do you want to change the cartridge?
    me > NOOOOO!!!!

    *cries*

wife comes in goes: what's wrong?
me: chuffin printer won't print - now it says i have to change the chuffin cartridge!!!
    wife: what were you printing?
    me: a pic
    wife: why?
    me: for fun
wife: it's not much fun is it?

Use to work for a company that delt with epson warranty work so i know how substandard the printers are.

    Epson inkjets=

They always insist on having all their cartridges 100% correct before they will do anything right. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    I hate them

    Not the only one m8.

tbh they are not worth the money...rather get a cannon or a HP printer even if it cost more it's worth it.

I have an Epson, my last printer was an Epson. Strangely I like them. They seem to get along with me fine. Even if I'm not using it I fire it up at least once a week to keep the ink from drying up in the heads - that's a big cause of problems.
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

do NOT get me started on Epson... the blleedin ink costs more than the printer... what does that say about the build quality?? gah.. I wouldn't touch em with a very long engine-less floating vehicle propulsion tool tbh..

I wouldn't buy another Epson either, I had no end of problems with mine, my sister had a load of problems with hers, and one of my other friends had a bunch of problems with hers as well.

People that don't have problems are generally the exception to the rule.

Agent, the new Canon photo printers can apparently, plus they're damned quick even with a full A4 colour print..

    Another thumbs up for canon
And in the unlikely event your canon does break, their support sort it straight away.
