Cheapest way to send package to The Netherlands?

Anyone have any tips on the cheapest way to send a 3kg (PSU in a box) to The Netherlands? It's a warranty job for Corsair (TX750 blew up) but since it's no longer a current model (V2 has replaced it), Scan aren't interested and asked me to send it to Corsair directly. The unit is 2-2.5 years old and I've already purchased a replacement so timeliness is not important. The local Post Office quoted £40 tracked and £33 untracked. MBE, typically expensive quoted a minimum of £80...yeah right! If it's not cost effective I'll just bin it.

£15.61 for DHL via worldwide-parcelservices.co.uk I think survey5 gives you a 5% discount as well although its been a few weeks since i used it so that's a may/may not.

edit: its survey5pc and it still works, just used it.
