As I posted in the other thread at length, I worked in the private sector before public and the private sector was significantly easier in terms of workload by several magnitudes.

A job is a job. Being in the public or private sector doesn't reflect the difficulty of a job. If you suddenly privatise a a job, it doesn't magically get harder- it still needs to be done.
