How are you supposed to go out in London?

So, night out clubbing tomorrow. Club we're going to goes on till 3. Fair enough, hopefully good enough I'll enjoy it that long.

Anyhow, have to get home. Right, shouldn't be a problem.

Last train from London Liverpool 0:50. I'm in Piccadilly - so I'd have to leave the club at 11:45. Wha?!?


Ok, so last train not a brilliant option. What about the first train of the next day? That must be around then?

So I either miss half the night, or wait around for an hour or so and wait for the first train..?

An hour or so's wait for the first train is nothing, the time passes fairly quickly. Besides we have all at some point had a quick sleep on the bench after missing the last train/waiting for the next one.

Sitting around doing nothing sounds remarkably boring for that period of time.

Get your phone out, plug in some headphones and listen to some music? Read a book? Other tips I can offer you, once you leave the club or whatever, slow down your walking, take it slow and easy and whatever, so by the time you get to the train station, you ate some time up.

Those couple of hours are part of the experience, it's London, you can find an all night cafe and get an early fry up or just sit and watch the sun come up

Secondly your not really 'going out' if your compliaing that the first train back is at <6am, its simple, go to fabric.
