Heh, well based on the premise of the theory, you've probably got common sense or lateral thinking, but unmeasured intelligence

Unfortunately I got it on the very first go, happened to make an educated guess and proved it by repeating 10 wins straight afterwards.
I guess I are not smart, I is stupider than I thunk.

Yeah I've never prided myself on my lateral thinking ability, prolly too many B+H whilst I was in the womb

TBH I just get frustrated with these types of puzzles, I've always been able to demonstrate ability to work round problems and find solutions when tested - but stuff like this - nah it just doesn't seem to 'click'

LOL - it's interesting - very true that you just don't get it unless you've read the name of the game.

Yeah but that's just it mate, I knew full well that the name was important but I still was going off at a tangent thinking it was more complicated than it turned out to be. I don't quite buy the "the more intelligent you are, the harder it is" theory; I'm far from stupid (if I say so myself) but I have very little aptitude for these sorts of visual puzzles, that's why I never score more than about 140 in those online IQ tests, I can never do the 'spot the pattern' questions.
