Will be sticking around during the day, I've got to be in Oban between 1600 Sunday and 1200 Monday. I'll probably go up late on Sunday so I don't have to fork out for another night in a hotel.
Currently in th:at cafe in Renfield Street, hopefully the internet access will be abit cheaper than the £2 for half an hour that I forked out last night

well the two places i would recommend for seeing in glasgow are the huntarian museum in glasgow uni versity (and indeed the university itself!) and the transport museum in the kelvin hall.Originally Posted by Angus
Also if yiu can get to george suare u can get a tour bus to both of these places, they have a hop on hop off ticket so you can get off at the uni, have a wander about the roman guff and the rennie mackintosh house replica, gawp at the gorgeous gothic tower and quadrants of the uni, then walk through the park and look at the lovely (closed) building of the kelvin art gallery and then cross the road to the kelvin hall to see the old street, planes, boats, cars and trains in the transport museum. Thaty should fill your time up! *copies and pastes into a txt*
Id recommend you go to Queens Street or Central, hop on a train, and get yourself out of there
hey! glasgow isnt that bad! it's full of culture and interesting architecture, u just gotta know where to look I've lived there all my life and yeah at times i hate it, but if i'm away from it for too long, i really miss it.
