AS/A level results thread

Results day on thursday every, hope you haven't forgotten (no matter how much you would like to do so ) Anyone else extremely nervous? Good luck to everyone.

I'm doing an AVCE (equivalent to two A levels) i'm predicted an AA and I need an AB to get into uni. Also, our college hasn't told us when we get our results and no-one seems to know lol. Thursday is the results for the A levels so i'm just sticking with that date. I find out saturday if i've been fully accepted for uni.

if u find out sat, probably thursday, if your leaving ours is 10am, first years get them at 2pm tho.

A/S results for me as well on thursday! Not really sure what to expect distinct possbility that I've done really well or that I'm just kidding myself.

What are your subjects people?

Business Studies, Maths, Media Studies and Physics here.

I've done the full Advanced Vocational Certification of Education in Information Communication Technology. Two year course, two A-Levels out of it. It was the only good computer course on the island.

i aint too bothered bout my results TBH. i know i fooked em up, and i aint gonna need em in the future hopefully, so i aint worrying. the only thing i'm worried about is the wrath of the mother. i'm gonna be in Amsterdam on thurs anyways

I remember when I was in 6th form college, the results always came out on my birthday (today, but it was thursday/friday!). Always seemed to put a dampner on things when I never passed anything... I got an E in Performing Arts, once... the birthday celebrations always more than made up for it, though, as everyone was out celebrating their results and my birthday. Good times.

I'm not doing A Levels anymore, but I got my first year and a half results for my Degree, last month. 5 distinctions and 4 merits. Quite happy, tbh.

They love doing things on peoples birthdays, I had a chemistry exam (a level) on mine.
