I ordered some items from PCNEXTDAY, and just realised I may not be in tomorrow to take delivery of the items, i've just emailed the accounts to have it sent to an alternate address if i'm not in, but if the goods have been dispatched it's too late?
What will happen if note is not taken and i'm not in?
Their courier is City Link.

City Link just leave you a card telling you they called, and asking you to call them to arrange for delivery at another time or, if not, to go along to the depot and pick it up.
City Link will try again for up to (IIRC) 3 days.
There won't be an extra charge for trying again?

City Link try the first 2 days then keep it at the depot for a further 3 days then send it back. I think they might do an alternate delivery address, just give them a ring.

See, this is the kind of trouble you can get yourself into if you fake your own death.
You think it'll be cool finding out how people memorialise you, and give you a break from the media and 'yo gansta chums', and it's nice for a while, but then you decide you want to build a 'bad-ass, hood-rockin', high-pimpin' gangsta rig', and discover that being dead greatly hinders the delivery process.
