    Ebuyer are my go-to now for customer service. Amazon are good, but the hidden threat of ceasing to tender to you if you prevail on that customer service too much and their dominating market position means they're not my first choice for parts I might need to RMA.

    9 pages of orders here......the first page totals £2000.....cba checking the rest as scans site makes checking previous orders cumbersome.....and that's before I even think about how much I've got others to order for system I have built/upgraded for them.

    Makes you wonder how a £25 PSU and £40 headphones were worth screwing me over......

    Why not deal with the original thread in the 3XS forum? Why wait for it to reach the open forum? You are here carrying out a damage limitation exercise and I have all the facts I need thank you very much. In future I would appreciate if you keep a civil tongue in your head, you are in the open hexus forum not in the Scan forum and you have no right to speak to anyone like that (accusing me of mouthing off).

    I had issues with Scan over a PC case which arrived with broken fan mounts. The did eventually capitulate once I quoted the Sales of Goods Act at them & threatened legal action, but you shouldn't have to go to such lengths in order to get good after-sales service. I won't be buying from Scan in future either...

    I have to be honest here, why on earth should we have to come onto the forums and get our rant on to make things happen reasonably. It should be standard practice!
