One can never stop saying Thank You

Their health system fails mental health indeviduals worse than ours. We luckily don't have access to such weponary. If the US continues to keep guns as part of their culture, they have to go above and beyound when it comes to care for the mentally ill. To me it is just that simple.

Actually, America has a particularly bad habit of filling bored kids with methylphenidate and other brain damaging drugs which are known to cause serious side effects such as psychosis. They do more to create mental health risks than actually solve if they left well enough alone.
Medication is cheaper than listening. Very sadly.
It would be an example of what I'd describe as a failing mental health system. But don't think the UK is great on this front either. Plenty of PCTs stop certain care after 2 years, as some beancounter looking only at one column on the balance sheet decided it was cheaper, if they haven't 'healed' in 2 years, they won't likely at all. Obviously that ignores the cost of the health degrading.

UK is bad too , your right
Just look at how we treat our old to see how disposable we all are..
I honestly think these days you need to almost be like a Bruce Wayne to get by - so you can ultimately solve as many problems as you can yourself without being dependent on any system .
But the government dont want that , nor do they want whats best for you because initially it will mean less for them.
They only look a short term self profit rather than long universal term gain

Also, this guy used a semi, .221 calibre high velocity. Often people get all upset about automatics and high calibre weapons.
In america the horse has bolted, you can't simply shut the stable door (like we have in the UK, where guns haven't been recklessly revered).
