Erm, brazil nuts, not walnuts.

I've no idea whether it works or not, and agree entirely about 'medical' advice, which loosely speaking this is, but for anyone inclined to try it, I'd just point out OilSheikh said "brazil". Of course, I also don't know which nut is recommended, though I have to say the suggestion seems a little ..... erm .... nuts, to me.

I suffered from persistent dandruff for eons before I started taking brazil nuts and using the Loreal shampoo and this is one combo that works. I had tried Nizoral and than some T-gel charcoal based shampoo and both were useless.

I also apply a little bit of hair oil before I have a shower. It nourishes the scalp. Currently, I use VASELINE Intensive hair care oil. Very difficult to find in the UK Not sure what the alternative is ... coconut oil ?

I use special shampoo for psoriasis, due some reason there has been none available for months and months. All I am told is there is a production issue, I was also told the factory burnt down!
