    rent pool table

Ok we[my mates an I] have moved into our new house for the year, and have a decent sized living room with nothing to put in it. So the logical choice [it is, honest ] is to put a pool table in the space

Cant afford to buy one tho - but surely you can rent them

Anyone know where I can get one tho? I'm sturggling to find anywhere

Your best bet is going to be contacting a company leasing pub games such a fruit machines.

If you can't find such a company in the Yellow Pages, talk to the landlord of your local, and ask him where he get's his fruities from!

I reckon it would be probably cheaper in the long run to splash the cash, you can pick up pub tables for about £400 in your local free ads/ebay. I reckon it'd be a lot cheaper to do this than rent.

Yeah, I'm not sure if anyone would rent you a pool table for 4 or 5 people. You can get decent slate-bed pool tables for a couple of hundred quid. Okay, it doesnt look quite as good as a proper pub-style pool table, but it plays just as well. My mate used to have one, and I had a proper pub pool table, and I used to prefer playing on his
