    The tobbaconist in solihull also sells lucky strike lights.
    I take it they dont have a website ?

    American Spirit from your local Oddbins.
    Are these the yellow coloured cartons with smooth tobacco that each one seems to last 1.5 times a normal fag?

    why ?

    most us cigarettes are dipped in all sorts of extra chemicals ( unlike UK cigs used to be where you could only use tobacco & water - no preservatives )

    it also depends on where the tobacco comes from and the type of curing use ( flue or air cured for example )

    knowledge comes from my old man who was a leaf buyer for BAT for quite some time.

    Have you looked in the yellow pages for local tobacco shops? They seem to be ‘underground’ these days, selling snuff and pot gear..

    <sound of grinding thread revival>

    Knoxxy, how did you get on finding Lucky Strikes?

    OK, it's like this... My missus works for a tobacco wholesaler Soooo, she would be happy to get some for you guys at cost, (she is checking with boss on price). And I am more than happy to mail them. (Would have to be multiples of 200).

    Now before our great moderators reach for the lawyers . Any purchase would be official, completely legit and all duty paid (and private, not through Hexus). You might save a few pence per pack on wholesale prices, but no funny business I'm afraid.

    She can get Reds and Silver (Milds).

    How about lights? (or are they same as Silvers/Milds?) If so, I'll be buying a fair few

    The Lucky Strike Lights I had were labelled as Lights . . . but had a silver outer circle from the red centre circle logo as opposed to reds which have a black outer circle. . .

    just checking anyway

    Right, sorry been on nights.

    She can get 'Reds' and 'Silver'-Mild. That's exactly what she's written (I smoke roll-ups so means nothing to me , sorry ). Now I'm trying to read her writing for price. Deffo £45, and looks like 53p. So you'd be looking at £45.53 +VAT. And of course the mailing of your choice.
