    Dysons

    Right, I am sick of this - I need a *decent* hoover - I want a top of the range Dyson - am I right in thinking

    DC11 = top of the range, the higher the XX number is the better?

    Or am I just on crack?

    was thinking about the DC11 Alergy from Easibuy 220 instead of 330 at Littlewoods

    I have mainly hard wood floor throughout the house but I have a cat so this sounds best bet.


    Thoughts guys?

    Just mailed Dyson to find out - seems stupid to cut corners and get one at 150 when this is only 70 more and could potentially be top of the range

    I've had a Dyson DC05 for about 3 years now, admittedly it is one of the older cheaper models but I have to say it is excellent at what it does.
    [edit - no idea about the numbering - it maketh no sense]

    Having said that we have never seen the need to upgrade, our new house is mainly laminate flooring and the Dyson is excellent on both carpet and wood.

    They are very good vacuums generally, ours admittedly did go back under warranty for repair after the fitted plug became tempremental, however it has not been a purchase we ever regretted.
