Looks nice! Some belive there should be no building there... I'm not one of them!

They did the same thing with the other towers... Its just a dome... Even without the stick its still taller! Well not floors wise...

What a crass waste of dosh that could have done better things if given to the right people. Still, that's governments for ya. No doubt it'll do wonders for national pride.

I think its a good thing and I'm looking forward to seeing it - there are thousands of skyscrapers all over the USA and indeed the world, the fact that terrorists chose 2 as targets 3 years ago is hardly a reason to stop building them. Any man made structure or building has a weakness and can be destroyed with the right means, and any new skyscraper is likely to be no more a target than any other building.

+ its not actually being built on the site of the WTC.... as its shown in the photo, its being built to the North West part of the site.
